HOME Announcements Constitution Current Officers Past Officers	Weekend 2008 March 28 & 29 You are invited to the Annual Geomatics Weekend at the University of Florida. The Geomatics Student Association has many exciting fun-filled activities planned for the weekend. This past year, the Geomatics Program successfully launched two distance education and research campuses- the Fort Lauderdale Research and Education Center and the Gulf Coast Research and Education Center in Plant City. The undergraduate enrollment has nearly doubled and a large number of non-degree seeking students have registered for the new Certificate in Geomatics. All this would not have happened without the continual support from our Alumni and the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society. We would like you to come celebrate this success with the students, faculty, and your former classmates. Meeting with alumni provides additional inspiration and encouragement to current students in setting their career goals. We do hope you will be able to attend.
